Who writes this stuff?

I am Jane McCallion, a tech reporter senior writer at IT Pro and Cloud Pro. I started this blog back in 2010 in response to the Nestlé Facebook fan page débâcle and to look at how social media is often misused and misunderstood. However, it has evolved into a more general blog where I write about stuff that isn’t covered by the day job, particularly media, politics and video games.
